Stay for 1 – 7 nights: Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival day. After this, a cancellation fee of 50% of the stay or no-show will be charged.
Stay for 8 – 14 nights: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival day. After this, a cancellation fee applies for the first 3 nights or in the event of a no-show.
Stay for 8 – 14 nights: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival day. After this, a cancellation fee applies for the first 3 nights or in the event of a no-show
Stay for 15 – 25 nights: Free cancellation up to 6 days before arrival day. After this, a cancellation fee applies for the first 3 nights or in the event of a no-show
Stay for 25+ nights: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival day. After this, a cancellation fee applies for the first 5 nights or in the event of a no-show
We offer cancellation insurance for the entire stay for NOK 299. With the cancellation insurance, you can safely cancel your entire stay at any time up to the day of arrival.
2. Package tours
If the service you have booked consists of at least to out of three of the following elements, the 'Law of Package travels' of August 25th 1995 will apply to the service.
The actual elements are: (1) Transportation, (2) Housing, and/or (3) other tourist services which a substantial part of the total package consist of.
Furthermore, the combined package must be set up in advance, or marketed and sold at a package price. It must also include at least one overnight stay, or last for more than 24 hours. One example of a service that the law will apply on, could be an overnight stay in a cabin that also includes a guided fishing or hunting trip.
Maya Apartments AS confirms that it has placed sufficient guaranties in accordance with the 'Package travel law' § 11-1, where this should be required.
